NO-ACTION ALTERNATIVE
The No-Action Alternative assumes the interchange and adjoining segments of I-25 and Paseo del Norte are maintained in their existing configuration. No major changes to the interchange or adjoining roadways are made. Improvements are limited to maintenance projects for pavement, bridge structures, drainage structures, pavement markings, traffic signals, and other basic roadway elements.
